	ERB Co's Certified Organic India Pale Ale Newest in our line of fine organics ~ With the hop lover in mind ~ Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.
	ERB CO's Certified Organic Extra Pale Ale This golden ale was brewed for the true beer lover ~ with an exceptionally crisp palate and surprisingly light hop finish. Using only the finest malts and hops available, we have crafted an ale that will surely please the most discriminating taste. We have created a true California Blonde.
	ERB CO's Certified Organic Porter In honor of dark beer enthusiasts everywhere, we take every step to ensure that this Porter is brewed with the finest certified ingredients available. Unique in flavor and purity, this full-bodied beer has a rich malty character balanced with the finest certified organic hops for a distinctively rich taste.
	ERB CO's Certified Organic Amber Ale Our certified organic interpretation of a West Coast Pale Ale. This medium-bodied beer has a hoppy bouquet and a distinctive rich taste with a caramel-like sweetness that is balanced with a liberal dose of domestic Centennial and imported East Kent Golding hops. Certified organic, certified good. Alcohol 4.75% by volume.
	California Blonde Ale Our lightest beer. With an exceptionally crisp palate, this ale balances the light malt palate with a subtle bitterness. This ale is an ideal beer for those unaccustomed to micro-brewed beers. Made with pale, wheat, carastan and carapils malts. Hopped with Cascade, Saaz and Tettnang hops. Alcohol 5.62% by volume.
	Climax California Classic This copper colored lager is a true American invention. First produced during the California Gold Rush era, this style uses a lager yeast fermented at warmer, ale-like temperatures producing a slightly fruity palate, but finishes with the clean, crisp taste of a lager. Made from pale, light and dark caramel malts and carapils malts. Hopped with Chinook and Liberty hops. Alcohol 5.0% by volume.
	Ravensbrau India Pale Ale Our Ravensbrau IPA was brewed with the hop lover in mind. This rich copper colored ale is unequaled in flavor and aroma and has a perfect malt-hop balance. Made with pale, caramel, wheat and carapils malts. Hopped with Columbus, Cascade, and Centennial hops. Alcohol 6.5% by volume.
	Ravensbrau Porter The favorite beer of many pub patrons. This full-bodied porter is dark brown with ruby highlights and has a complex malt flavor. Hints of semi-sweet chocolate and caramel flavors dominate, with a suggestion of coffee in the finish. Made form pale, chocolate, black and caramel malts. Hopped with Northern Brewer hops to provide the perfect balance. Alcohol 6.3% by volume.
